We invite you to think of the upcoming forty hours of training, as a journey.

A fascinating journey of discovery, exploration and understanding.

You will discover things about yourself and others, 
explore new and challenging ideas and
come to a better understanding of conflict.

Much of the time you will be in what seems like familiar territory but find that you have not known it as well as you might have thought. The territory of conflict, communication, relationships, emotions, judgments, culture, positions, needs, wants, issues, and most import, SELF.

We will do our best, based upon our combined 35 years of experience and training to guide you through this terrain with as much skill as we possess so that when the trip is finished you will be different.

Different in the way you see, hear, think about and feel around conflict and different in the way you might handle much of it. 

Different, yes.
We promise.
But we make this promise only if you make a promise to yourself:
to be completely open to new ways of thinking and
to participate enthusiastically in the journey.
